Firstly, thank you for continuing your support of Complete Utility Solutions and for your custom over time, we value this greatly.

In light of the recent government announcements and the on-going virus COVID-19, we have decided to cease all non-essential contact with external individuals and groups from hereon. Meetings will either be rescheduled or held over Microsoft Teams, which you can access without an account and from a web browser. Any other non-essential situations will be covered remotely. We encourage social distancing, and ask those we work with to take precautionary measures while we are still in the early stages of the virus spreading in the UK. Our staff, partners and clients are at the forefront of our thoughts and we are making decisions continually on measures to protect them, which is one of the reasons for this post.

During this time, we want to highlight that this virus has the potential to affect everyone and every business. We want to offer our support to you and let you know that operation here will not stop. Following a shutdown, we will be working from home to continue to provide the optimum service we always deliver. If staff become affected, we will put them first in our concerns, meaning potential communication switches and delays.
